Hi All,
Wish you all a Happy Dussehra.May goddess Durga help you in each good step you take in your life and her blessing bring joy to you and your loved ones..!! Seems like I am writing this post after a very very long time.As all of us know life is not always a smooth ride, we all have various constraints and issues in life and it's our job to deal with the problems. There is a saying "The more you go through your life the more you grow. What doesn't break you will only make you stronger"so likewise I was also facing little bit problems for some time and that barred me from sharing my thoughts with all of you.Well it's a part and parcel of life and we just can't do anything about it.Okay enough description of my problems(I don't know why but these days i am giving Bhasans so much) Let's move to the topic.Guys as all of you(well most of you) know now I am residing in Hyderabad and doing a job in a well known MNC company as a Software Quality Analyst so I am getting too little time for all other activities except for my work. But one advantage of doing job in private companies is that there is a weekend which seems to be come like once in a blue moon for professionals like me.
Finally in one fine night (around 1 AM in Saturday) me and two of my friends (Susil and Snehasis) decided to go to the famous NTR garden of Hyderabad for an evening roam.We planned a lot of things as usual for the evening but If you compare the plannings with the outcomes then efficiency may touch 24.67% (Ask any of my friends I was quite good in Maths........Just Joking)one thing I forgot to mention I bought one Digital Camera before 7 days of this planning so we all are very excited to test the quality and performance of the camera and might be this was the main reason behind the venture. Our plan was to reach the place at 4pm so as to check the 1080p quality video recording capability of the camera but sadly we reached there at 6pm so videography was not possible because of lighting problem (Although there is good lighting in the garden in evening but not enough for taking video).
So we reached NTR garden at 6pm by taking an auto from Madhapur(In Hyderabad where I am staying). The autowala agreed to take us by Govt. approved meter which is very rare in Hyderabad because autowalas here charge according to their will and not by the meter reading and In some autos you can't even find a meter. While we reached the garden meter reading was 91.30 INR but the autowala took the rest amount from INR 100 as tip without even asking us.Please don't think I am a KANJUS kind of person, I am writing only for the sake of you, If in future you want to visit Hyderabad please be abide by these rules except for some minor issues and scarcity of tourist places Hyderabad is a good place for short time visit and please don't forget to taste all the famous foods of Hyderabad, these foods are really tasty.(Don't worry I will tell you about each and every food and where to avail these in my future posts). After reaching the NTR garden we bought ticket which is INR 20 for adults.
As the day was Sunday so lot of people were there and there was a huge line in the entrance but the line was moving fast so we waited for around 10 minutes in the line and while waiting we didn't forget to test the quality of my camera.I clicked a photo of Nandi statue that was right near the entrance.
I even clicked the picture of famous Birla Temple which is situated around 1.5 kms distance from NTR garden gate. And the quality of the picture was really nice.
After entering into the garden we realized that it's a good place for a family to enjoy in the evening although there were some couples sit in less crowded areas and were enjoying the scenic beauty and greenery of the garden and of course their privacy. That time the one and only thing that was flowing in our mind is to click some snaps so as to upload the photos to facebook accounts. So we rushed into the photographic areas of the park because evening was approaching. We clicked some nice photos in Pineapple house,in front of the artificial fountains,in front of a static toy train, with some insects statues etc with various poses(I can't describe) not only us but also other people were busy in clicking photos.
Actually the garden was full of different kind of flowers, some artistic statues and homes,a 3-D cinema hall, some playful material for childrens, one ride kind of thing and many more things.
Actually it's a very big garden(around 55 acres) and to see every aspect of this park we need to have some 5 hours but in our case we had only 2 hours with us.So we were moving fast and in the process we felt like hungry but there was only popcorn and chuski available in the garden.I had no mood to deal with these items but Snehasis wanted to give that a try so was Susil(Although he was not interested for chuski in the beginning).
I wanted to click some creative photo so I was trying my best to click every thing that was appearing. The garden was full of different kind of flowers So I was moving near to the flowers and sometimes into the forbidden areas of the garden and was trying my best.I clicked many photos..here you can see a sample and comments are always welcome.
There was some painters sitting in some corners of the garden and they were painting the live photos of people. The cost is normally INR 100 for black and white photos and INR 200 for color photos. Our friend Snehasis wanted to draw someone's picture from his mobile but the cost was little bit high(around INR 500).There also I didn't forget to take photos and luckily I clicked the painting of a very beautiful girl as you can see here.
From the three of us Susil was trying to give as much pose as possible for camera photos. Then we roamed around a bit and it was already 8pm and also we were very hungry. So we wanted to give McDonalds restaurant a try which was situated in Prasad's mall and it was near to NTR garden. Then at McDonald's we ate some burgers and as usual clicked some photos.
After that we returned to home and while dealing with the autowalas for return same drama happened, even one autowala said 300 INR to Madhapur but finally we got an auto for 100 INR.While returning we planned to have the dinner in Dominos but our planned item(double burst pizza) was not available that day so Susil suggested us to go to Paitpuja restaurant but the quality of the food was not good.Anyway we had our dinner and returned home after an OK kind of evening.
So I am signing out for the day.
Comments are suggestions are always welcome.
Bye bye and Take care..
